We’ve hired Affinity Elite several times over the years. From three renovation projects to a new custom home design/build we have found their work to be excellent quality. Vince and his team are great people and work hard to make sure everything is done right. They are detailed, honest, and easy to work with. Could not recommend them enough!

Vince and the team at Affinity Elite do extremely good work. After construction began we saw that Vince is a very hands on person who works closely with his team to make sure no details are skipped.  The house is perfect in every way, with high quality craftsmanship throughout.  We have no regrets in choosing Affinity. Our home was completed ahead of schedule and the finished product is amazing. Excellent value!

We moved into our new home in Chatham almost two years ago and couldn’t be happier. Having some construction knowledge, my husband I went looking for a top notch contractor to build our retirement home. After a very extensive search we recognized Affinity Elite was our top choice. When checking with various sources we were told Affinity Elite builds quality homes and does not cut corners. From our initial discussion with Vince to final landscaping, we found it to be an enjoyable experience we will not forget.

We moved to Lakeshore, Ontario from Toronto and met Vince with Affinity Elite in the process. My brother built a custom home in Leamington with Affinity. We found communication throughout the entire project to be excellent and it was a relatively stress free. We especially loved how clean the house was when we did the final walkthrough with Vince. Over time, we’ve come to appreciate Vince’s suggestions and choice of products over ours. Our home is extremely energy efficient, quiet and comfortable.

It has been a month since my parents moved into their new home in Chatham, and they still can’t believe it’s theirs. Vince and his team built their dream home. I was extremely pleased with how Vince listened to my parents wants and desires and brought them to life! His crew really exceeded my expectations. They made the experience fun and exciting and stress free. I would recommend Affinity Elite to anyone wanting a well-built custom home.
