While Affinity Elite was formally founded by Vince in 1992, the foundation was laid much earlier—over years of observing at job sites, taking things apart just to understand how they worked, and showing up whenever there was something to be learned or a hand to be lent.
Those formative experiences instilled a standard for quality, care, and never cutting corners that Vince took with him when he started Affinity Elite. With a background in urban planning and decades of creating, fixing, and improving with his own two hands, Vince has a sharp sense for how spaces should feel and a hard-earned perspective on what a home needs to be for the long term.
